Acceptance of these terms
By using theGuruCircle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site, submit forms, create an account, or publish profile information.
What theGuruCircle is
theGuruCircle is being built as a professional platform for educators, mentors, coaches, tutors, trainers, yoga instructors, professors, institutions, education brands, and partners. The site currently supports public pages, blog content, interest forms, sponsored content inquiries, account creation, Guru Profile creation, and admin reviewed public profile listing.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You may not create fake accounts, pretend to be another person, or submit misleading information.
Email verification
Guru Members may be asked to verify their email before submitting a profile for review. This protects the platform from fake accounts and helps us keep the directory useful for real educators.
Guru Profiles
Guru Profiles should describe real teaching, coaching, mentoring, training, or education work. You may not publish copied content, fake achievements, unsafe claims, misleading income promises, or links that harm visitors. During launch, public profile listing requires admin review.
Profile review
theGuruCircle may approve, reject, edit, hold, or remove a profile if it appears incomplete, unsafe, copied, exaggerated, or not suitable for the platform. Admin review is meant to protect educators, visitors, search trust, and AdSense compliance.
Content ownership
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give theGuruCircle permission to store, review, display, edit for clarity, and use it as needed to run the platform. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
Sponsored content and guest posts
Education brands may ask about sponsored articles, paid guest posts, brand interviews, and written content. Approval is not guaranteed. Paid content must be useful, original, clearly disclosed, and safe for readers. Paid links must use sponsored or nofollow tags. theGuruCircle does not sell dofollow links.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site for spam, scams, harassment, adult content, hate speech, violence, illegal services, gambling promotion, pirated content, fake medical claims, hidden keywords, or copied material. You may not try to break, overload, or misuse the website.
Payments
Some services may become paid in the future, such as premium profiles, sponsored content, featured listings, or partner services. Any paid offer should have clear details before payment. Refund terms will be shown where relevant.
No guarantee
We work to build a useful and trusted platform, but we do not guarantee profile approval, traffic, ranking, inquiries, income, partnerships, or AdSense results.
External links
The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or offers. Use your own judgment before sharing information or making payments on another site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. The latest version will be posted on this page.

Profile photos and media
If you upload a profile photo, cover photo, certificate image, or other media, you confirm that you have the right to use it. Do not upload images copied from another website, a celebrity photo, school logos you do not own, or any image that may mislead visitors.
Directory listing
A Guru Profile may be created by a member, but public directory listing is not automatic during launch. The site team may hold a profile for review, request changes, or keep it unpublished if it does not meet quality standards.
Account removal
You may ask us to remove or update your account information, subject to safety, legal, and technical limits. Public pages already indexed by search engines may take time to disappear from search results after removal.
Changes to the platform
theGuruCircle is still growing. Features may change, move, pause, or improve over time. We may add profile plans, events, nominations, booking tools, reviews, paid features, or mobile app support later.
Respect for educators
Do not use the platform to insult, harass, pressure, or mislead educators, students, institutions, partners, or brands. This is a professional community. We expect plain honesty and respectful behavior.
