Why we are building this
Most professional platforms were not designed around educators. They reward job titles, company names, and corporate noise. But many of the world’s most important guides do not fit neatly into those boxes. A yoga teacher in Mysuru, a math tutor in Mumbai, a retired professor in London, a life coach in Dubai, and a music mentor teaching online may all change lives, yet they often lack one shared place to show their work with dignity.
theGuruCircle is our answer to that gap. It is a platform for identity, network, recognition, and income. The first version will help educators present themselves clearly. The next version will help them connect, be discovered, receive recognition, and earn from their knowledge.
What we believe
We believe teaching is not only a job. It is a public good. It carries culture, skill, confidence, discipline, wisdom, and hope from one person to another. We also believe educators should not have to depend only on institutions to be visible. A good guru should be discoverable across borders.
That is why theGuruCircle will stay teacher-first. Course marketplaces focus on content. Job boards focus on hiring. Social networks focus on attention. We are building around the educator as a whole person: their story, subject, values, students, achievements, and future opportunities.
Where we start
We are starting with a public website, early member interest, and a clear profile system. From there, we will build the Find a Guru directory, recognition programs, institution pages, paid memberships, and tools for tutoring, workshops, and consulting.

Founder and editor
theGuruCircle is led by Ganesh G Kamble, founder and editor of the platform. The site is being built with a simple belief: educators deserve more than a listing, a resume, or a scattered social profile. They deserve a place where their story, work, subjects, services, and public trust can live together.
Ganesh writes and edits the early education content on the site. His focus is practical guidance for teachers, online tutors, coaches, institutions, and education brands that want to grow with trust.
What we are building first
The first public version of theGuruCircle is focused on the basics that matter: clear public pages, trusted blog content, educator interest forms, organization registration, a reviewed Guru Profile system, and a public directory that only shows approved profiles.
We are not rushing fake scale. The directory will grow with real people, real stories, real photos, and careful review. That may take longer, but it protects the brand and the educators who join first.
